Constructed from welded thick tubular steel structure, Impera is a fast, precise, and very reliable CNC router, engineered to work 7/24 without any interruptions. Designed for basic routing applications, it is versatile and affordable. It can process materials like solid wood, fiberboard (MDF) plastics, non-ferrous metals like aluminum, brass and also epoxy resin casts. Fixed ATC Linear Maganize

Tool holder clamps are mounted at the back of the table, the spindle moves on X and Y axis for automatic tool changing operation.
The magazine can hold from 2, up to 12 tools depending on the machine configurations.

Below Gantry ATC Linear Magazine

Tool holder clamps are mounted under the gantry on a slider platform, the spindle moves only onthe X axis for automatic tool changing operation. The magazine can hold from 2, up to 12 tools depending on the machine configurations. This type is generally faster, as machine does not need to travel on the Y axis.

ATC Carousel Magazine​

Tool holder clamps are mounted on a servo controlled circular platform on the right side of the gantry. The spindle moves only on the X axis for automatic tool changing operation. The magazine can hold from 8, up to 20 tools depending on the machine configurations. This type is advanced, precise and faster due to shorter travel distance.

Oil Mist Cooling System​

Cooling, lubricating and chip blowing can be achieved at the same time, which results in shorter machining time better surface quality and less tool wear. The mist coolant lubrication spray system saves the cooling liquid by controlling the flow of the sprayer.

Pressurized Air Cooling​

Tool is cooled using pressurized air for light workloads, also blows chips away from the tooltip.

3D Edge Finder

3 dimensional edge finder probe tip is used for precise location of workpiece in X,Y and Z axis. It features fast edge finding, circle center finding and table shape measurement functions. Housing is made of anodized aluminum alloy, with flat anti roll design, and has stainless steel needle and tungsten steel ball head. It comes with signal light prompt, the green light is displayed after power on, and the red light is displayed after the trigger, and clear.

Tool Length Sensor

CNC tool length sensor is an automatic tool setting gauge for CNC milling machines, especially for auto tool changer CNC machines. The CNC auto tool height setter is typically used to measure and set tool lengths and Z-axis work offsets. When contacted by a tool it works with the machine control software to record position. The tool setter enables fast and accurate measurement of tools and setup of jobs. 

Automatic Lubrication​

Lubrication systems are key aspects in maintenance. Automatic lubrication systems or centralized lubrication systems are designed to apply lubricant in precise, metered amounts over short, frequent time intervals, to multiple locations on a machine while the machine is operating. The pump supplies the system with the chosen lubricant and is fed from a reservoir that is easily accessible. Depending on the application, the reservoir ranges in sizes and can be as small as 0.5 liters all the way up 2 liters.

Manual Lubrication​

Very similar to automatic lubrication system in principle. Instead of a pump , a hand lever is used to supply the system with the chosen lubricant and is fed from a reservoir that is easily accessible. Depending on the application, the reservoir ranges in sizes and can be as small as 0.5 liters all the way up 2 liters. Lubrication intervals should be indicated on maintenance charts as once or twice a day, one or two cycles.

Embedded Self Lubricating Cartridges​

Special cartridges are designed as linear guideway attachments, this lubrication system saves costs by reducing oil usage and maintenance. Clean and environmental friendly. Optimized oil usage prevents leaking, making it the ideal solution for clean working environments. These are also long lasting and require low maintenance. The cartridge can be added or remove from the block even when the guideway is installed on a machine.

Epoxy Composite Cast Vacuum Table​

One of the common methods of clamping workpieces during CNC machining is fixing them on a vacuum table. Such clamping of the workpiece material is in many cases better suited to securely hold the workpieces during machining and eliminate the need for them to be held down by mechanical clamps or otherwise. Because a vacuum table is completely underneath the workpiece, you don’t run into clearance or path issues. Vacuum tables work reliably with many materials, such as various plastics and composites, wood and any of its derivatives like MDF. The clamping force in vacuum tables is created under the part, and atmospheric pressure pressing the part from above to the table.

Unlike commonly used HPL(High Pressure Laminate), Automa vacuum tables are made of hard, impact-resistant and wear-resistant long service life epoxy resin composite casting. This table is then milled to a matrix structure and fitted with EPDM gaskets for maximum vacuum pressure.

As a standard, vacuum tables are equipped with 250m3/h high efficiency, low noise and maintenance free vacuum pumps from German Becker company.

Optionally, number of vacuum zones can be customized according to customer requirements, from one up to 10 solenoid valve controlled separate zones.

T-Slot Aluminum Table​

This type of table is used for easy clamping of workpieces of different materials and sizes or accessories like a machine vice or rotary axis, where vacuum tables do not meet customer requirements. It is made with grooves in the form of an inverted T shape, and T nuts are used to attach vices, clamps and the workpiece to the table.

T Slot aluminum is inserted into epoxy composite cast table which brings together the benefits of both
T-Slot and vacuum tables, different types of workpieces can be clamped or vacuum fixed on the same table.

Vacuum Pods​

CNC Suction Cups (also called CNC Vacuum Cups or CNC Vacuum pods) serve to raise workpieces from the working surface and securely hold them, which allows you to to drill, cut, or machine the edges of the workpiece. While using 90° spindle aggregates for instance, to drill and cut for hinges and locks of doors, vacuum pods are required to elevate the doors from table surface.

Pop-Up Referencing Pins

Pneumatic activated pop-up referencing pins are raised during workpiece loading to ensure workpiece is in the same position every time. This feature speeds up production by making loading and unloading faster and accurate. This option installs from 1 to 3 pneumatic actuators (3 on the Y Axis and 2 on X Axis) for quick reference and alignment. The pins automatically lowered of the table to avoid a collision with the tool before milling cycle starts.
